These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Outscale Studios services.
By working with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Outscale Studios provides:
- Web Design & Development
- UI/UX Design
- Branding & Graphic Design
- E-commerce Development
2. Payment Terms
Our standard payment structure:
- 25% upfront (project start)
- 25% upon initial design presentation
- 50% upon final delivery
Work begins only after the initial payment is received
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable once the project has started.
4. Revisions
We include a reasonable number of revisions during the design phase.
- Revisions must stay within the agreed project scope
- Excessive revisions or major changes may incur additional fees
5. Project Scope & Changes
- Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work
- Additional work will require separate pricing and timeline
6. Turnaround Time
Project timelines depend on:
- Project complexity
- Client responsiveness
- Feedback and approval speed
Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate content, assets, and requirements
- Respond in a timely manner
- Review and approve work promptly
8. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is completed
- Outscale Studios reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Business losses
- Website downtime caused by third-party services
- Security breaches beyond our control
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a project if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not completed
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of The Philippines.
